
General conditions of sale
The following website and its related app (hereinafter referred to as the “site”) are owned by YU! S.r.l., with registered office in Crema 26013 (CR), Via Diaz no. 6, tax code and VAT number 01687230191. The site is dedicated to the sale of a beauty tool (and its related app “MIMIX LIFE”) designed for the natural rejuvenation of the face and neck.
YU! S.r.l. complies with the provisions governing distance contracts under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended) as well as those regarding electronic commerce under Legislative Decree 70/2003. The Customer’s rights are therefore protected under these legal frameworks.
Below are the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which must be read carefully, as they constitute binding conditions for the purchase of products and for the use of the site. The terms and conditions applicable to each order shall be those in effect on the site at the time the order is placed.
1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
Through this electronic commerce contract, YU! S.r.l. sells and the Buyer purchases remotely, via telematic means, the tangible goods and services listed on the site.
The “MIMIX LIFE” app, linked to the “Solo®” beauty tool, may be used free of charge for the first year following purchase; thereafter, its use will be
subject to the payment of the fee indicated on the site.
This contract applies exclusively to purchases and deliveries made within Italian territory (annual subscription €29.90 VAT included).
2. CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT
To make a purchase through the site, users must register in the designated area, select the desired product, and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
By accepting, the user agrees to comply with all provisions herein.
The purchase contract is considered concluded when YU! S.r.l. receives the Buyer’s order and sends an order confirmation email.
The order submitted by the customer shall be deemed accepted and binding only if the procedure has been duly completed.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The applicable terms are those displayed on the site at the time the order is placed. Any amendments to the conditions will take effect from the time they are published on the site and will apply only to sales concluded thereafter.
4. PRICES
All product prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros and constitute a public offer under Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.
The prices include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Shipping costs and any additional charges, if applicable, will be indicated and calculated during the checkout process before the order is submitted, and will also appear in the order summary email.
5. DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
YU! delivers the purchased product only if the postal code of the destination address is included in the list of areas eligible for delivery.
Estimated delivery time is 72 hours from order confirmation, except for deliveries to so-called “remote areas,” as indicated in the relevant link ont he site.
YU! shall not be held responsible for delays due to force majeure.
Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the goods correspond to the order placed.
Any discrepancies should be reported to info@new.mimix.life or via the dedicated chat service.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment must be made at the time the online order is placed via credit card, prepaid card, or other accepted payment methods.
7. ELECTRONIC INVOICE
The issuance of an invoice is not mandatory unless requested by the customer.
If the customer wishes to receive an invoice, they must request it during the order process and provide all necessary information for proper electronic
invoice issuance.
8. FAILURE TO COLLECT AN ORDER
At the time of delivery or collection, the Customer or their delegate must be present at the address and during the time slot indicated by the courier.
If no one is present, the courier will make a second delivery attempt or will notify the customer of alternative delivery/collection methods.
9. BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO VERIFY LABELING AND INFORMATION
The products displayed on the site are represented accurately and correspond to their actual characteristics.
Images, descriptions, and mandatory product information are regularly updated.
However, due to technical update times, the supplier cannot guarantee perfect correspondence of images, colors, or packaging as seen on the customer’s monitor.
Manufacturers may unilaterally change graphics, packaging, or product details.
As such, both the previous and the updated versions may coexist on the market until stock depletion.
The Buyer is therefore required to carefully examine the received goods upon delivery.
10. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price within the time and manner specified in these terms.
Upon completing the online purchase procedure, the Buyer agrees to print and retain these General Conditions of Sale (GCS).
All contractual information has been viewed and accepted by the Buyer prior to confirming the purchase.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanation and at no cost, provided the withdrawal is communicated within 14 days from receipt of the products.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the “Returns/Withdrawal” section of the site.
For internal purposes only, the Customer may optionally indicate the reason for the return in the designated box.
Within 14 days of receipt, the Customer must return the product in a single sealed package, including a printed copy of the order confirmation email, to:
YU! S.r.l. c/o Forma Italiana S.p.A., Via Cascina Nuova no. 1, 20084 Lacchiarella (MI).
If withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the above procedure, YU! will refund the amount paid using the same payment method within 7 business days from the date the returned goods are received.
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
(a) supply of audiovisual products or sealed software that has been opened by the Customer;
(b) supply of made-to-measure or personalized products;
(c) supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once opened after delivery (e.g., cosmetics, beauty products, food supplements).
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
YU! S.r.l. will inspect returned items and, if compliant, will process the refund within 14 days of receipt.
If the returned items fail to meet the return conditions, YU! S.r.l. will inform the Customer, and no refund will be issued.
The parties may then agree to either retain or return the items at the customer’s expense.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receipt of the customer’s IBAN code.
12. LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
All YU! branded products purchased through this site are covered by a two-year legal warranty under the Consumer Code.
According to Articles 128–135, consumers are entitled to free repair or replacement of products showing defects of conformity within 24 months from delivery.
The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery to info@new.mimix.life or via the “Returns/Withdrawal” section of the site, specifying the defect.
YU! will contact the Customer to manage the warranty process.
13. PROPER USE OF PRODUCTS
To benefit from the warranty, the purchase receipt or proof of purchase must be presented, and the product must have been used correctly according to the instructions.
Correct use is defined as follows:
- Primary use: the weight must be positioned on the areas of the face and neck and moved using facial muscles, as shown in the tutorial available in the “How to Use Solo” app section.
- Secondary use: the weight may be held in the hand and slid along the face following the movements shown in the “Stretching with Solo” tutorial, using exclusively the Mimix.Life Face Stretching Oil. Using the product in secondary mode without this oil or/and with other non-compatible products voids the warranty and any right to compensation for damages or defects caused by improper use.
14. DATA PRIVACY AND PROCESSING
The Supplier protects the privacy of its customers and guarantees that personal data processing complies with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).
Personal and tax data collected by YU!, acting as the data controller, are processed in paper, electronic, and digital form for the purposes of order registration, contract execution, legal compliance, and effective management of commercial relationships.
YU! undertakes to treat all data confidentially and not disclose or use them for purposes other than those stated, except to authorized personnel involved in fulfilling the contract.
The Buyer has the rights set out in Articles 15–18 GDPR, including access,rectification, deletion, restriction, and the right to object.

Providing personal data is necessary to execute this contract; failure to do so makes it impossible to complete the purchase.
Data are retained only for the time required to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, and are securely deleted thereafter.
The Data Controller is YU! S.r.l., which may be contacted at its registered office.

15. STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT
Pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003, the Buyer is informed that every order submitted is stored in digital and/or paper form on YU! S.r.l.’s servers or at its registered office.
16. COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
Written communications or complaints addressed to YU! S.r.l. are valid only if sent by email to info@new.mimix.life.
The Buyer must indicate their residence or domicile, telephone number, or email address for correspondence.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes arising from this contract shall first be submitted to mediation through the Mediation Body of the Cremona Chamber of Commerce and resolved in accordance with its regulations.
Should the parties seek judicial action, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s residence or domicile, as required by Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND FINAL PROVISIONS
This contract is governed by Italian law.
For all matters not expressly provided herein, the applicable provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) shall apply.
In accordance with current legislation, the following clauses are expressly accepted:
Articles 9 (Buyer’s obligation to verify labeling and information), 10 (Buyer’s obligations), 11 (Right of withdrawal), 12 (Legal warranty of
conformity), 13 (Proper use of products), 16 (Dispute resolution), and 17 (Governing law and final provisions).
